1. The service
SlideoClip (operated by Beebasoft) generates marketing content — posters, articles and short videos — from your instructions and brand assets, and can publish it to social accounts you connect, on schedules you set. Features may change as the product evolves.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for anyone you invite to your workspace.
3. Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of what you upload and of the content generated for you. You confirm you have the rights to any logo, photo, person's likeness, music or text you provide, and that publishing it doesn't infringe anyone's rights or the rules of the platform it's posted to. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and publish that content on your behalf.
4. Connected social accounts
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or another platform, you authorise SlideoClip to publish only what you schedule, using the platform's official APIs. Their own terms apply to those accounts. You can disconnect at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to create or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing, or that impersonates others; don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. AI-generated content
Content is produced by AI models and may be inaccurate or imperfect. Review it before publishing; you're responsible for what you post. Generation uses third-party AI providers, which may change over time.
7. Credits, plans and payment
Plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions: nothing renews and nothing is charged automatically. Each plan gives a stated number of credits, valid for the period shown at purchase (30, 60 or 90 days, depending on the plan), counted from the day of purchase. If you buy another plan while one is running, each plan's credits keep their own validity period. While a plan is running you can buy a top-up of ₹1,000 or more. Top-up credits do not expire, but they can be spent only while a plan is running; when no plan is running they are kept on hold and can be used again once you buy a plan. Plan credits left unused at the end of their validity expire and are removed from your balance. Credits closest to expiry are used first. Credits bought before one-time plans were introduced are kept and do not expire. Every feature of the service is available on every plan; credits are used only for the work done for you — AI generation, processing on our servers, and storing and delivering the finished files — and a generation that fails is not charged. Prices are shown before tax; for customers in India, GST is added at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator — we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay charges a standard payment processing fee (2% + 18% GST on that fee, ≈2.36% of the transaction) on every payment; this is added on top of the listed price and shown to you before you confirm, so the price you see is the price you pay — we don't absorb it into a hidden markup, and we don't pocket it either. Where a refund is issued, it is net of this processing fee, since Razorpay does not return it to us. Unused and expired credits have no cash value and are not refunded as cash, except where the law requires. Money you spend on advertising through a connected Meta ad account is paid by you to Meta directly and is not part of any SlideoClip charge.
8. Availability and liability
We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every post reaches every platform on time (platforms change their APIs and policies). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time by emailing support@slideoclip.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms.
