A plan is a one-time purchase of credits to spend on what you create. Basic, ₹2,499 ($29): 1,249 credits for 30 days; Moderate, ₹3,999 ($45): 2,199 credits for 60 days; and High, ₹4,999 ($57): 2,999 credits for 90 days. Every feature is included with every plan.

A plan's credits last for its period, counted from the day you buy it: 30 days for Basic, 60 for Moderate and 90 for High. Credits still unused at the end of that period expire and are removed from your balance. Billing shows how many credits expire and when.

No. Each plan is a single payment. Nothing renews and nothing is charged automatically; when a plan ends, you decide whether to buy another.

Yes. Both plans run side by side, and each plan's credits keep their own end date. Buying a new plan does not extend the credits left on the first one.

A top-up adds credits to a running plan. Top up any whole-rupee amount from ₹1,000 ($12), with no maximum: ₹1,000 gives 500 credits, and larger amounts give credits at the same rate. You need a plan running to buy a top-up.

No. Top-up credits never expire. They can be spent whenever you have a plan running.

They are kept for you, on hold. While no plan is running they cannot be spent, and Billing shows them as on hold. As soon as you buy a plan, they can be used again.

The credits closest to expiry are used first, so plan credits are spent before they run out. Top-up credits, which never expire, are used after your plan credits.

Yes. The workspace owner gets an email 3 days before bought credits expire, and Billing always shows what expires and when.

Everything in SlideoClip is free to use. Credits pay only for the work: the AI (images, video, voice, music, sound effects and AI-written text such as articles and scripts), the work done on our servers (such as making a slideshow video or cutting a short clip), and storing and delivering the finished files. Planning, previews, briefs, captions and hashtags, trend research, ad proposals, reports, scheduling, publishing, uploads and moving a logo are free, with a generous daily limit on the free AI tools.

A poster, carousel slide or photo style costs 8 to 16 credits by quality: Draft 8, Standard 9, High 12, Ultra 16. Cinematic video is 8.87 credits a second at 768P and 14.47 at 2K, plus 7 for each clip of up to 15 seconds. A 10-minute narrated slideshow is about 144 credits, an article 6 credits and a content package 7 credits.

Using your own photos removes the image cost. The narration voice, music and sound effects, the script, and making, storing and delivering the video are still charged. The button shows the exact price before you create.

No. Every feature is available on every plan, including Content Intelligence and Ads Manager (Promote). Plans differ only in how many credits they give and how long those credits last. Money you spend on Meta ads is paid by you to Meta directly.

Yes. Every button that spends credits shows its price before you press it. A slideshow is charged its quote at most; if the finished video costs less, the difference comes back to you.

It isn't charged. The credits come back to your balance automatically, and you can try again.

Not at the moment. If GST is charged in future, it will apply to customers in India only; customers outside India pay no GST. You choose your billing country at checkout.

Yes. A payment processing fee of about 2.36% is added to every payment, for plans and top-ups alike. Checkout shows the full amount before you pay.

Sometimes. During an offer, plans and top-ups can come with bonus credits. The bonus differs by plan and may be smaller on bigger plans, and each one shows its exact bonus before you buy.

No. Unused or expired credits are not refunded as cash, except where the law requires it. A payment is final once its credits are added to your balance.

They are kept in your balance exactly as they are, and they do not expire.
