Who we are

SlideoClip is an AI marketing tool for small businesses, operated by Beebasoft. It creates posters, articles and short videos from your instructions and, when you connect a social account, publishes them to that account on the schedule you set.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, business name and the details you enter in your brand profile.
  • Content you provide: descriptions, logos, product photos, photos of people you choose to save as characters, and files you upload.
  • Content we generate for you: posters, articles, videos and the prompts used to create them.
  • Social account connections: when you connect Facebook, Instagram or YouTube, we store the access token the platform issues, the Page/channel identifiers, and the results of posts we publish on your behalf. We never receive or store your social-network password.
  • Usage and billing: credit usage, plan and payment status (payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card numbers).

How we use it

Only to run the service for you: to generate content you ask for, to publish it where and when you tell us to, to bill you, and to support you. Your descriptions and images are sent to the AI providers we use (currently OpenAI, MiniMax and Google) solely to generate your content; they are not used to train our own models, and we do not sell personal data.

Facebook, Instagram and YouTube data

We use platform permissions strictly to list the Pages/channels you own, to publish the posts you schedule, and to read basic engagement on those posts for your analytics. You can disconnect an account at any time from your dashboard, which deletes the stored token. You can also remove SlideoClip's access from the platform's own settings; doing so revokes our access immediately.

Google user data

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google to create and log you into your SlideoClip account — nothing more. If you separately connect a YouTube channel, we additionally receive your channel identifiers and video metadata, used only to publish the videos you schedule and to read basic engagement on them.

We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party, and we do not use it for advertising. It is never used to train AI models. The only place it is sent is between our own systems and Google's own APIs, to operate the features described above. SlideoClip's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is protected with the specific mechanisms described in “How we protect your data” below — including TLS for all transfers, AES-256-GCM encryption of stored Google OAuth tokens, database-enforced workspace isolation, and deletion of stored tokens when you disconnect or revoke access.

How we protect your data (data protection mechanisms)

We protect all personal data — and sensitive data such as Google user data, connected-platform access tokens and account credentials in particular — with the following specific mechanisms:

  • Encryption in transit: all connections to SlideoClip — between your browser and our servers, and between our servers and Google's or any other platform's APIs — use HTTPS/TLS. We never transmit your data over unencrypted channels.
  • Encryption at rest: OAuth access and refresh tokens for connected platforms (including Google/YouTube) are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before being stored. Account passwords are never stored at all — only salted bcrypt hashes. Your content files are stored in private cloud storage (Amazon Web Services, Asia-Pacific region) encrypted at rest with AES-256, and are served only through short-lived, signed links — never public URLs.
  • Access controls and isolation: every customer workspace is isolated at the database level using PostgreSQL row-level security, enforced by the database itself under least-privilege roles — one workspace's data is not readable by another even in the event of an application defect. Within a workspace, role-based permissions restrict what team members can access. Access to production systems is limited to authorised personnel using key-based authentication.
  • Data minimisation: we request only the minimum Google scopes needed for the features you use, store only the data described in this policy, and never store payment card details (payments are processed by Razorpay; we retain only the transaction reference).
  • Deletion and revocation: stored platform tokens are deleted when you disconnect an integration or on request, and revoking SlideoClip's access from your Google account settings cuts off our access immediately. Full account deletion is described in the retention section below.
  • Incident response: if we become aware of a security breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users by email without undue delay, together with what happened and what we are doing about it.

Retention and deletion

We keep your content while your account is active so you can reuse it. You can delete individual items from your library at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email privacy@slideoclip.com — we complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email. If you remove the app from Facebook, we receive a deletion request from Meta and delete the related data automatically; a confirmation code and status link are provided at that time.
